K1 FAMILY KTV, CAFE AND SPA DAVAO
It was a working day, so everyone will be available after 5pm. We assembled at K1's cafe and lobby while waiting for the rest of the gang. We had the time to chitchat with the owner, Ms. Caryl Lim. Afterwards, she gave us a tour around the place.
We started with the KTV rooms. I realized that each room is different in sizes and rates. There are rooms that are good for a specific number of persons, for barkadas, and even for events like conferences, meetings or birthday parties.
Next, we went to the opposite side of the building, the spa area. The place have dim lights and gentle music. I secretly prayed to get a massage that evening. Actually it was not me. It was my body who asked for it. Haha!
After the quick tour, we went to the dining area. The K1 owners joined us as we were served scrumptious food from K1's menu. As of now, I do not have the names of the food we had for dinner because my phone's battery was drained that time. Yes, I am familiar with it and I will try to ask a copy of the menu just to be accurate with the names, sorry guys.

And it is videoke time! Insert excited-not-excited face here* There were 10 of us, I think. I was nervous because Ate Ri said that everyone must have a chance to own the spotlight. Noooooo. Haha! The eating sesh have not yet ended as the waiters served us desserts and Margarita. I made myself busy as possible on eating, cheering for them and taking photos and videos. This is also for them not to notice that I was not able to hold the microphone. It worked! Insert the happiest smile here*
We went to the Kinect room. I was glad because it was a closed room. I tell you, what we did was so fun! Everyone was competitive and showed much effort in their dance moves. My favorite part was when Ate Ri and Quimz danced as Anna and Elsa to the song of Frozen. Haha! We were able to burn out the calories we gained from the delicious dinner we had.
We stayed in the cafe and took some rest. We were given free services to choose from- foot massage, back massage, body massage, organic facial, slimming service, and warm stone massage. I chose the latter. We served us pizza while waiting for our relaxation treats. Can I just say that they spoil us too much?
The warm stone massage is something I have never tried before. The therapists gave me a foot spa before we started with the massage. She preheated the volcanic stones while I laid down. I expected the stone to be placed on my back while I lay still. But that is not what happened. After some "warm up massage" (that is how I call it), I felt a warm oil pressed in to my skin. It was oh so good!!! It glided on my skin smoothly. It did not feel like she is using the stone at all. It felt like it was a ball of hot oil. So damn good. I fell asleep. I felt I was floating in heaven. Haha.
